Making takes 2–10 calendar days, depending on name length and order size. Australia Post within Australia: Standard A$12 (estimated 3–7 business days) or Express A$20 (estimated 1–3 business days), after dispatch. Shipping time is additional. Express does not shorten making time.

A few helpful details
How are the letters made?
Each letter is made by us at home on the Sunshine Coast, printed layer by layer in an enclosed 3D printer. We use PLA Matte, a bioplastic-based 3D printing filament that gives your letters their soft, matte finish.
How do I put them up?
Temporary fixing methods — 8 cm and 12 cm letters
When you choose temporary fixing, each letter comes with two strips of double-sided tape. Apply both strips to the back of your letter, leaving the outer backing in place.
Clean your chosen mounting area and allow it to dry completely. Then peel off the remaining tape backing, position your letter as you like and press firmly into place.
Permanent fixing methods — 12 cm letters only
When you choose permanent fixing, each letter comes with two fixing aids, two wall plugs and two screws. You’ll need a screwdriver or drill, depending on your wall surface; tools are not included. Use fixings suitable for your wall.
8 cm letters use temporary fixing only. For 12 cm letters, choose one mounting method for the order at no extra charge.
Looking after your letters
For everyday dust and loose debris, gently wipe your letters with a microfibre cloth.
For a deeper clean, wash with lukewarm water. Avoid hot water, harsh solvents, scrubbing and rough or abrasive cleaning materials. Dry with a lint-free towel, then allow each letter to dry completely before remounting.
Can I change my order?
Please check the spelling, chosen letter height, each letter’s colour, mounting method and delivery details before checkout.
If you spot a mistake after ordering, email hello@togethercreated.com with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll confirm in writing whether we can make the change. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
How long will making and delivery take?
Your letters are made to order in 2–10 calendar days, depending on the name length and order size. Making time starts once payment and all order details are complete. Delivery time is additional.
We ship within Australia with Australia Post. Standard postage is A$12 for orders under A$75 and free for orders of A$75 and over, after discounts and excluding postage. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Express postage is A$20 for all orders, with delivery estimated at 1–3 business days after dispatch. Express postage does not shorten making time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
