Our products and your choices

We make personalised items from PLA (polylactic acid or polylactide), a renewable, bio-based thermoplastic polyester. At launch, letters are available in 8 cm and 12 cm heights, in the 21 colours shown on the product page. Each letter is sold separately.

The builder provides a digital illustration of your selected name, colours and relative sizes. It is not a photograph of your completed order. Screens and lighting affect colour appearance; this does not excuse goods that fail to match their description or your confirmed order.

Please review the spelling, the letter height chosen for each name, each letter’s colour, the quantity, mounting option and delivery information carefully before payment. Where offered, also check font, layout and finish. Contact us before ordering if a specification is unclear.

Mounting and care

8 cm letters use temporary fixing and include two strips of double-sided tape per letter; screw mounting is not available for this height. For 12 cm letters, choose one mounting method for the name at no extra charge: permanent fixing includes two wall plugs and two screws per letter, or temporary fixing includes two strips of double-sided tape per letter.

Follow the installation instructions supplied with the letters and check that the fixing method suits the surface. If unsure, contact us before installing. Dust as needed; if washing is required, wash with cold water. These instructions do not limit your ACL rights.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. At launch, 8 cm letters are A$19 each and 12 cm letters are A$21 each, plus the delivery charge shown before payment. Together Created is not currently GST-registered and does not charge GST.

Payment is required before production. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. PayPal is offered; Afterpay is not currently accepted.

Order confirmation and availability

After checkout, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. Review it and contact us promptly about any discrepancy.

We aim to keep product details, prices and availability accurate. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a colour, size or product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an affected item and you do not agree to an alternative, we will refund the amount paid for that item and any applicable delivery charge.

Changes and cancellations

Because we make personalised products, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Contact us promptly if something needs correcting. We will confirm in writing whether we can accommodate the request.

We do not offer cancellation for change of mind after production starts. The Returns and Refund Policy explains the change-of-mind exclusions and your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not meet the ACL.

Making and delivery

Making takes 2–10 calendar days depending on name length and order size, once payment and complete order details are received. Shipping time is additional. Australian delivery is via Australia Post; the Shipping Policy explains dispatch, tracking and delivery enquiries.

Website use and content

Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt its operation, access another person’s information or submit unauthorised payment details. Together Created’s original branding, photographs and website content must not be reproduced commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Privacy and communication

We use your contact and order details to process purchases and respond to enquiries, as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing subscriptions are separate from necessary order and service messages.

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights or remedies under the ACL. Please email us first about a concern so we can work towards a resolution. You may also seek assistance from the relevant Australian consumer protection authority.

Australian law applies, together with any mandatory rights that apply where you live. These terms do not require you to give up access to a court, tribunal or consumer protection process available by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders. The version provided when you placed your order continues to apply to that order unless we agree otherwise or a change is required by law.

Personalised names

Our store is intended for adults. When an adult creates or orders personalised letters, the name they provide may be a child's name. We use the supplied name and selected letters, sizes, colours and mounting method to provide the preview, prepare the order and respond to enquiries. Please provide only the information needed for your order. If you have a concern about a name or other personal information supplied to us, contact hello@togethercreated.com.

Saved designs on your device

Our name builder uses your browser's local storage to remember names and design choices on that browser, including saved names and your mounting selection. It also stores information used to recover an interrupted bag update. Adding a name to your bag sends its order details to Shopify. You can clear this website's stored data through your browser settings; this may remove saved designs and bag-recovery information. Clearing browser data does not delete an order or information already held by Shopify or Together Created.
